MKO's Medallion

This is probably one of the best Medallions that I have done. It is for my friend Mko. He asked me to do his tribal logo? He's from Wisconson. So I have here pictures, the first of what it looks like, and the ones following are the the parts I've done, bit by bit to finished Medallion. So tell me, How does it look? :)
